Black Box

BLACK BOX is a mixed-media narrative experience. 

You are Erin Walters, a top security consultant for Misty Waters Co, a gargantuan shipping and delivery company in 2239. 

One of their vessels, the Ferryman, has recently crashed while on-route to complete a delivery. The only chance of finding out what caused this is the ship's Black Box AI system, named Caomhnoir. 

Interact with Caomhnoir using the documentation provided to you by Misty Waters. Win her trust, and you may just discover the secrets that led to the Ferryman's demise. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAY:

Download the Black Box.zip file, unzip, and open the "index" file. This will open the game in your browser. 

Ensure you download the BLACK BOX DOCUMENTS PDF file. Peruse these before beginning the browser game, and then be able to refer to them as you play. It may be easier to print them out, but using them digitally is fine too. 

You will need to scan the documents for key words, which you will then enter into the browser game's search bar. If the AI recognises the word or phrase, she will respond to you with more information. 

Some search terms may be locked off initially - you will need to win the AI's trust by answering her questions correctly to gain access to these. 

There are three different endings to experience.
